Momin Rishtey is a matrimonial platform designed exclusively for adult users (18+ years) seeking genuine marriage proposals.
We do not allow minors to register, use, or access our services.
Our team works continuously to detect, prevent, and report any activity that could endanger a child or violate applicable laws.

2. Prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

We have zero tolerance for any content, communication, or behavior that:

  • Exploits, abuses, or endangers children in any form;

  • Encourages grooming, sextortion, or trafficking;

  • Attempts to solicit, share, or distribute any child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

Any user found engaging in or facilitating such activity will be permanently banned and reported to law enforcement authorities.

3. Addressing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

We strictly prohibit any CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material) on our platform.
If we become aware of any such content, we:

  • Immediately remove it from the app;

  • Suspend or delete the associated user account;

  • Report the incident to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable child safety laws.

Our moderation and technical teams actively monitor all uploads and reports to ensure quick and appropriate action.

4. User Reporting and Feedback Mechanism

We provide users with in-app reporting tools and contact options to raise concerns about any suspicious or harmful behavior.

  • Fake or suspicious profiles;

  • Abusive or inappropriate messages;

  • Any content that violates our community or child safety standards.

We also follow best practices established by the Tech Coalition for combating online child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSEA).

To prevent misuse:

  • Users must verify their profiles using valid information and photos.

  • Our moderation system flags and reviews suspicious activities.

  • We regularly train our support team on child safety protocols and content moderation standards.
